Hi I have my CA Final attempt in May 2015,
I want to know in law what is the weightage given to technical language. I understand conceptual understanding and overall knowledge is more important but when it comes to scoring presentation surely matters. So in order to score say 65+ is it sufficient to be able to cover all the provisions in own language or technical language is required?
its not that u have to copy the bare act.. but yes as a CA Final student, Standard and technical language is expected from you...
Usually if you knows the exact sections,references correct, your language can b only standary without having techincal words in it...
So overall yes technical language is important ...!!!
