i came across these notification from ICAI where in for NOV 2011 final examination in Indirect Taxes the POT ( point of Taxation) rules for all the acts in no longer in the syllabus...
can any one please point out specifically which are the actual topics that are no longer relevent to the nov 2011 examinations??

hi rajat.... i understand that POT are not applicable in nov 2011.... but i cant find is that due to this notification what has specifically excluded....
can u please mention specific topics that are not relevent anymore...???
