It depends on what kind of exposure you will be getting. A manufacturing sector is an ideal way to move into as you will learn an array of activities. The ERP environment, variety of work exposure, work culture, work life balance, industry best practices etc are some of the key ingredients to watch out in deciding where you want to get trained.
