Bank account is blocked and inc 20a to be filed

May I know whether bank account can be blocked for non filing of INC 20A ? Its a MCA Compliance not a RBI stipulation as per my understanding...

Company can open other current account and subscriber fund the committed shares capital in it ,that's a way you can file Inc 20 A ,late filing fees beyond 180 days to be paid ..

Due to non filing of inc 20a account got blocked
but opening up another account need total share capital to be deposited
but 1/4 th of share capital is already deposited in the opened account

you should get a new account opened, deposit the remaining amount and attach both accounts statement with a clarification stating the facts.still get a second opinion about the same.
