Is there any way to take transfer from articleship,

when a student had completed my 2yrs of training 1.5 yrs are left , and in their firm working hrs is 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM -6days a week .

bcoz of this .... unable to take classes and study properly ,

had cleared both groups of PCC without classes but havin doubt for final .

no Compensation for long working hours is being provided.

all these things were not reported when .... joined the firm.

special thing about it is most of the time they sit idle in office bcoz one cannot leave office b4 office hrs.

Dear Neeti,

I dont think that there is any way to take transfer. instead you should request your principal to give some relaxation to articles so that they can concentrate on studies also.

Go for secondment. your CA will definietely allow it.

I am i same situtation as you are in, I enquire about the same in institute and per information given by institute person we have to given a an application on plain letter, and write resons to take tranfer but they also wants supporting to prove the same in hard copy, if you able to do that then institute give you response in 1.5 months wether you can take transfer or not. And the main thing is that all the information is kept confedential, if institue issue you a letter for allowed to take transfer then you have to take sign on form 109 form your CA.
