Argiculture Income Query

Dear Members,
I have received agriculture income of 3.5 L in my Bank account on behalf of my uncle during 2020-21 which is still in my account as FD.
I have also some STCG, LTCG and other incomes this year so I was thinking to file ITR-3.

Now after considering all Incomes.
Which ITR should I file?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a query about filing an Income Tax Return (ITR) when you've received agriculture income, even if it's held in an FD. While agriculture income is tax-exempt, the presence of other income like Short-Term Capital Gains (STCG) and Long-Term Capital Gains (LTCG) necessitates careful consideration of the correct ITR form. The consensus suggests that if you have capital gains, you must file an ITR, and ITR-3 is likely the appropriate form.

3.5 l will not be your income
Agricultural income is fully exempt from income tax..
but if you have Capital gains, you must file ITR
