Accounts to finance
I am chartered accountant with 3 years of experience in accounting field. but I am more interested in Finance and want to explore more on FP&A. I am getting offers on accounts but it's hard to find a job in Finance as I am not having work experience on that. Do I need to get any certification to move to Finance?

Learn Tableau or any other data visualization software
Try goldmansachs or other finance companies. How about micro financing? If you want those jobs of forecasting and management decissions, you have to start somewhere.
