refer this link it is 40000/- allowable u/s 80D https://www.charteredclub.com/section-80d/

right maximun allowable deduction is Rs.40000/- ( Own. and Your Perents )

if u r not Senior citizen then Maximum maximun alloweble deduction is Rs.35000/-

sir can i knw how do u define senior citizen?above 60 or 65?paduka shws its in bold l8rs as 65 while ri8 nw age is 60 for assessee to b a senior citizen..r der different limits in both cases?
