Job Description

Hiring Article Assistants/ Semi-Qualified CA/ Qualified CA for a reputed CA firm having it's branches spread all over India. Candidate will get outstanding exposure in all kinds of fields including Statutory Audit & Internal Audit (Banks, Manufacturing, Trading, NBFC's), Taxation (Direct & Indirect), ROC filings and all other allied CA related works.
Job requires delivery of financial statements as per the defined quality for clients assigned. High level review of financial statements prepared/High level review of audit schedules
Review daily /weekly delivery schedule for financials.Assist / Guide in Trouble shooting - Clients issues/ queries/ escalations/ team issues. Communicate with counterparts / Clients thru calls and emails as required
Guide team as required and ensure successful completion of projects assigned on timely basis.Ensure customer satisfaction.Regular review of transition plan and track progress. Active involvement in guiding team for New client setup – Master setups , tracking of data/information received, follow up for missing information. Active involvement in transition call - planning stage and onboarding stage.
Work allocation to team members, update roster, review timesheets, leave management, provide timely feedback. Provide one on one feedback on regular intervals to direct reportees. Ensure daily updating of delivery trackers.
Identification of areas of process improvement. Initiate improvement projects. Assist in creation of project plan and setup of project team. Regular monitoring of improvement project and ensure successful completion of project. Review the ongoing process and bring continuous improvement in process for efficiency & quality. Ensure that all client deliverables are reviewed and meet the SLA targets set with client.

Skills Required

Required for job having good communication skills, fluent in English, having interest and participation in Direct Tax and Indirect Tax laws, efficient knowledge of Auditing and Accounting, hands on experience and knowledge of Tax Softwares viz Computax etc.
