Divya Somani is an Insolvency Professional and a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of professional experience. She was Born and brought up in Jaipur (Rajasthan). At present, she is heading Ajmer branch Rangamani Associates , a Chartered Accountants firm Further, she is the President of Laghu Udyog Bharti, Mahila Ikai, Ajmer (a PAN - India organisation for MSMEs) She is also the only female executive member of Rajasthan Tax Consultants Association. In addition,she is a District Resource Person under Prime Minister's Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises Scheme (PMFME Scheme), a Central Government Subsidy Scheme . She was the first female Chairperson of Ajmer Branch of ICAI for the year 2023-24.
