Role Overview:

As the Accounts Manager, you'll be at the forefront of financial clarity and compliance management for our esteemed clientele. Your responsibilities include maintaining meticulous financial records, ensuring timely compliance, and delivering insightful financial reporting. This leadership role demands direct client engagement, strategic oversight, and team management to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clients' financial records and manage accounts using platforms like Tally or Zoho.
Ensure meticulous adherence to regulatory compliances (GST, TDS, PT, PF, Income Tax).
Lead the finalization of accounts and facilitate smooth execution of Tax Audits.
Conduct periodic reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and proactive financial management.
Generate and analyze MIS reports to guide clients toward informed financial decisions.
Manage, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of up to 10 accounting professionals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant or CA Finalist.
Minimum of 3 years of practical internship or working experience in a reputable CA firm.
Proficiency in GST, TDS, PT, PF, and Income Tax regulations.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with prior management experience preferred.
