Skills Required

Complete taxation know-how with hands-on experience for ITR 1,2,3 & 4. Ability to understand customer queries and deliver solutions that are easy to understand by users.
Soft Skills mainly around customer engagement over char, calls and emails.
Leverage technology tools available to optimize customer services delivery.
Very sensitive to customer needs and ability to give utmost service to customers.
