Senior Accountants Executive

Job Description

• Handle the accounts payable function, including the review and processing of vendor invoices for payment
• Ensuring statutory compliance of TDS, GST on vendor invoices booked.
• Intercompany accounting & reconciliation and ensure accuracy of foreign payments
• Assist in developing and maintaining finance and accounting policies in alignment with statutory requirements and systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
• Ensure documentation and approval as per Company Policy, before accounting and releasing the payments to vendors.
• Assisting in Preparing various Audit Schedules during Statutory Audit and provide expense related information.
• Enure that correct and timely accounting of fixed assets, addition, delation and depreciation accounting with proper documentation
• Knowledge of Excel is a must and should be able to work on big data sets.
• Month end / year end activities and preparation of MIS.
• Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time

Skills Required

• Mandatory SAP knowledge
• Eye for detail
• Excellent MS Excel Skills

Education / Work Experience:
Any Graduate with CA Inter/CA Final (drop out) having minimum 3 -5 years of Work Experience.
• Highest Level of Ethics and Integrity
• Good communication skills to interact with Senior Leader team and employees
• Should be able to multitask and give timely result.
