Handling Tax Audits under the Income Tax Act
Assisting in and executing Statutory Audits of companies and firms
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
Managing GST compliances including returns and reconciliations
Handling TDS compliances and returns
Assisting in Company Law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
Drafting reports, notices, and replies to tax authorities
Coordination with clients for data collection and query resolution
Good working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and Audit
Familiarity with accounting and compliance tools (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
