Job Description

1. To have in depth knowledge of overall accounting process and fundamentals
2. To have working knowledge of taxation Ex. Income Tax, TDS, GST.
3. To be able to understand accounting reports, MIS
4. To be able to understand financial statement
5. To have basic knowledge of organization business model
6. To have knowledge of process of working of accounts dept
7. To have a leadership skill
8. To have a managerial skill and able to manage team
9. To be able to escalate problems and should have problem solving approach
10. To identify total work load on a daily and monthly basis and to strategically plan for distribution and completion of same
11. To interact and coordinate with other internal department and external agencies like Bank, Auditors.
12. To ensure the completion of total monthly task including the stat compliance and report to management about the completion of same
13. To report and discuss accounting MIS including stat compliance register with management.
14. To understand and able to manage organization record management system
15. To be able to prepare on demand MIS

Skills Required

Required Semi Qualified CA having reasonable experience in the field of Direct Taxation for the purpose of 1) MCA Formalities 2) GST Compliances with all respects 3) Company Audit 4) Tax Audit
