Job Description

Job Role:

· Handling of Credit Audits/Reconciliation/Other Audits of Banks/Banking Clients

· Interaction with Bankers/Corporate Clients

· Drawing Power Analysis

· Preparation of Sanction & Review Notes

· Annual Filing of ROC/MCA Form for 20-30 companies

· Filing of petition to CLB/RD office for various matters to MCA

· Managing & Mentoring team of 20-25people

· Managing Branch in various day to day matters

Skills Required

Desired Profile of the Candidate

· Minimum qualification: CA+ preferably B.com

· Minimum Experience of:
1. 3 Years of Articleship
2. Managing a team of at least 8-10 people for at least 1 year
4. Working in Bank Audits / Banks of at least 1 year
5. Working in preparation of CMA data etc (preferably not mandatory)

· Good understanding of accounting policies and accounting standards

· Well versed with auditing techniques/ financial analysis

· Proficient with MS Office/Tally (Preferably having some working knowledge on SAP and other ERPs)

· Flexibility with travelling

· Dynamic, Hard working and dedicated and good communication skills

· Female Mandatory
