Prior Experience as a Director
Responsible for coordinating with financial institutions and generating capital for the
company, financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relations fundamentals of finance, accounts, Annual Planning, budget planning, demand forecasting, highly analytical and a good team leader.
