1. Good understanding of the iGAAP and IndAS provisions
2. Solid skills to grasp the process flows in the case of internal audits / process audits
3. Moderate to Strong excel skills including advanced formula and Pivot tables (Knowledge in Excel Macros would be an added advantage)
1. Work with the Audit Practice to execute Statutory Audit / Internal Audit of iGAAP / IndAS accounting engagements
2. Work closely with the Firm's Directors / Partners
3. Build and manage a team of Audit Professionals
4. Relevant and good post qualification experience in the Statutory Audit / Internal Audit domain
5. Ability to work under strict deadlines and demanding client conditions
6. Willingness to travel within India / abroad on audit engagements
7. Strong soft-skills and people management skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
