Job description :-
Understanding Co-Lending Policies and ensuring same are adhered to across PAN India in all branches.
· Underwriting Loans in Co-Lending model.
· Guiding, Training, and assisting Co Lending partner teams and internal teams.
· Ensuring File completion in adherence to Co-Lending policy.
· Coordinating with co-lending partners and internal credit/Ops/IT Team for quick resolution of the queries raised by partner banks pertaining to Sanction, Disbursals or any audit requirements.
· Coordinating with External and Internal teams ensuring disbursals happen on time.
· Preparing and circulating daily MIS pertaining to Co-Lending for all partners banks.
· Managing relationship with all the Co-Lending partner banks to ensure smooth flow of transactions and maximum business.
Knowledge of CIBIL, understanding of financial statements, knowledge of property legal and valiation reports, advanced excel skills
