Roles and Responsibilities
Associates are engagement team members who will be involved in providing various services to clients
Associates may play the role of team leader on some engagements with team members reporting to them for the engagement. In such cases Associates shall have additional responsibility of reviewing the work done by the team members
Interacting with the client representatives for the ongoing requirements of the project
Consistently deliver good quality client services and take charge of the work assigned to him/her
The candidate shall need to demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge further ability to learn.
