Job Description

Adroit Business Advisory LLP is the back office of a midsize CPA firm operating in Australia. Our client base includes franchisee based fast food businesses (like Dominos, Subway, and Oporto), convenience stores, Doctors and medical centers, real estate agents, marketing firms, education & training firms, retailers in various industries & financial/loan brokers. We provide a complete financial solution to clients, from company/partnership/trust setup, its financing finalization. We perform tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, BAS returns finalisation , financial statements, & taxation for the clients.

Skills Required

We are looking for CA with experience of at least 8 years in the field of accounting, taxation, people management and client management. Candidate should have excellent command over English language, both written and verbal. Candidates working with CA accounting firms or BPO or KPO will be preferred. The work profile will include
Bookkeeping on monthly/quarterly.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business & Instalment activity statements.
Attend to the preparation of the fixed asset register.
Working knowledge of division 7A.
Prepares clear and concise work papers.
FBT preparation of employee contributions based on motor vehicle benefits.
Manage ad hoc project work.
Mentoring & guide staff
Staff Management
Client relationship management
Ensure that the team achieve organisational goals
Tax planning for clients
Prepare financial statements & ITR + Individual ITR in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
