1) Compliance (Indian as well as International)
Key Role Responsibilities:-
1) Partner with Business to deliver structures that stand test of regulations yet be business friendly.
2) Team up with lawyers/consultants across jurisdictions to obtain licenses and set up processes that suit the law of the land.
3) Handle regulatory queries/inspections .
4)Assist the HOC in policy making and providing Teach In sessions to business.
5) Compliance testing of areas that pose high regulatory risks .
6) Drafting/vetting engagement letters, NDAs and docs involved in Equity Capital Markets transaction
7) Fund documentation- PPM, Contribution Agreements, Side Letters, Management and Advisory agreements
8) NBFC documentation, real estate due diligence and standardization for all lending transactions (real estate funding, acquisition finance, margin financing, promoter funding)
9) Preparing lawyer briefs.
