Maintain daily financial transactions (sales, receipts, payments)
1.Record entries in accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, or dealership systems) Assist in
preparing journal entries and ledgers Account for vehicle sales (new & used cars)
2.Track inventory costs and stock movement
3.Handle RTO Taxes and registration accounting
4.Vendor’s payment
5.Generate customer invoices for vehicle sales and service
6. Verify billing accuracy including taxes (GST)
7.Maintain records of customer payments and outstanding dues
8. Reconcile bank statements regularly
9.GST filing and its compliance
10.Help with audits and financial documentation
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., B.Com, M.com)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Hands on experience on GST and taxation as per state wise rules applicable Proficiency in MS
Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of automobile dealership operations / Trading firm
Good communication and organizational skills
