Dear Mr./Ms.
The Role of Articleship and your Stipend Structure during the term of articleship is as follows
1. Role of Articleship:
The roles & responsibilities assigned to you have been defined in Schedule 1.
2. Stipend:
Your Potential earnings will be up to Rs.7500/ per month (on an average) as per Schedule 2 subject to minimum stipend as per ICAI Guidelines.
3. Leave Policy:
• You are entitled to avail leave as per the list of declared holidays which will be provided at the beginning of every calendar year.
• You are entitled to 2 planned leaves a month. Unused planned leaves can be enchased when the accumulation reaches to 10 days or more at the rate of Rs.250 per day.
• Unplanned leaves will not be entertained and Stipend will be deducted accordingly.
4. Termination:
An Article Assistant may terminate His/her term of Articleship as per the ICAI Guidelines ,by giving Minimum 3 Months prior notice or by paying amount equal to Stipend for the Short notice Period. You are bound to complete all the assigned work and give a clear report on the same.
All the office property held has to be returned in good condition.
