Handle company formation process & compliance for a startup along with additional responsibility as below:
1. Income Tax payment TDS and issue of form 16A (returns filings)
2. Service tax payment and compliances (returns filing)
3. Company Law - maintenance of minutes / statutory register and other annual return filing
4. Accounting of expenses / preparation of trial balance / income and expenses account
Should be able to work as advisory to the company.
