About the Role: We’re looking for full-time Junior Analysts (CA Inter qualified, along with B.Com or equivalent studies) eager to apply their finance knowledge in a high-growth startup. You will be responsible for preparing and validating financial spreads, using our AI tools to speed up the process while applying your judgment to ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of financial analysis and underwriting.

Location: Hyderabad (Floor-7, T-Hub)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Competitive Salary: INR 20K-30K per month + group health insurance

Responsibilities
> Financial Data Extraction & Validation: Extract key financial ratios from financial documents and cross-check system-generated spreads.
> Product Feedback & Iteration: Identify usability issues; recommend improvements to product teams
> Client Deliverables: Support validation of client-facing outputs and operational checks.
> Reporting & Documentation: Maintain audit records, and structured feedback reports.

Requirements (Must Haves)
> CA Inter qualified (mandatory), along with B.Com/BBA/BBM or equivalent.
> Solid knowledge of financial statements, ratio interpretation, and credit risk fundamentals.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.
> Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
> Effective English communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
> Interest in how AI/GenAI can transform finance.
