Job Description

Handling a team size of 10 - 15 members comprising of CAs, Lawyers, Executives, and Trainees.

Overviewing the execution activities being performed by all the team members.

Maintaining robust relationships with clients by providing efficient and effective services, addressing all the problems being faced by clients, and keeping the communication gap to the minimum.
Responsible to get all kinds of execution done for the Bangalore clients and any other clients specifically assigned to the Bangalore office.

Mentoring team to learn various audits and compliances under mentioned laws.

Developing articled trainees to undertake execution activities.

Timely delivery for all the annual and monthly engagements with no error.

Empowering team to become more independent to undertake the execution tasks.

Taking care of liaising at all departments i.e., DGFT, SEZ, GST, Income Tax at Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, and Hyderabad.
Strategic Business Development and cross-selling opportunities to be explored for generating revenues for the Bangalore Operations.

Training the Business Development teams by attending meetings with Business Development Managers to apprise them on product/service information and supporting the regional BD teams for closures.
Conduct internal training sessions on various occasions with the objective to update the team with recent development or know-how of various assignments.
