1. Cost Cutting & Cost Reduction ( Negotiation with Vendors)
2. Ensuring on time material delivery.
3. Managing Inventory.
4. Procurement Tracking – From PR to Delivery & Material lying at Client Place
5. Tracking Proper Movement of Material ( In & Out of Office)
6. Documents – Delivery Challan, Inventory Register
7. Maintaining the Vendor Portfolio
a. Finding alternate Vendor
b. Taking Credit period
c. Entering into contract
Challenges to be resolved:
1. Fulfilling of Internal requirements for all department w.r.t purchase of material
2. Proper cost assessment on each project w.r.t material
3. MAitain proper Records
