Qualified CA with 3-4 years experience in handling US accounts independently. This should include managing AR and AP. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Should have good knowledge of US GAAP. Good knowledge of payroll processing in the USA is a definite advantage. Knowledge of the taxation in the USA (both payroll and corporate) is a MUST
