Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and other assurance assignments, including verification of financial records and supporting documentation. The role involves handling GST and income tax compliances such as preparation and filing of returns, as well as supporting tax audits and other certification work. The candidate will assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements, perform accounting, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations, and ensure proper maintenance of records. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with clients for data collection, clarifications, and compliance matters, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Skills Required

The role requires working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle assignments related to audit, taxation, and compliance, including preparation of financial statements, GST and income tax filings, and basic reconciliation work.
