Description:

- Suggest the clients the right type of company based on their needs.
- Help entrepreneurs bring their ideas to realty by incorporating a new firm for them.
- Research and recommend about various government schemes and help clients avail the benefits of the scheme.
- Ensure the firm/company complies with all the rules and regulation applicable.
- Perform analytical reports.
- Verifying whether the internal financial controls (IFC) of the company are effective and appropriate.
- Examine the financial statements are compliant with applicable financial reporting framework.
- Compliance with respect to the following act but not restricted to – Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, RERA, FEMA and others.
- Conduct risk based audit.
- Build an understanding of clients’ business by updating - -- knowledge on the client and sector.
- Build positive relationships within and outside SRDR.
- To manage client needs, project planning & implementation, day-to-day operational matters and any emergency service requests.
- You will work closely with product, support and delivery teams to drive business with assigned corporate.

Skills Required

Basic Qualification:

Pursuing CA, cleared IPCC/intermediate (both groups)
Possess strong communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail and knowledge about the industry
Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills
