Position: Business Consultant
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Company: An M&A Advisory Company working with the top industrial companies in Japan.
Eligibility criteria:
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA
Should have good command over creating and presenting Business Presentation
Exposure to Investment Banking and M&A transactions, preferable
Should be good in both drafting business letters/emails in English
Good communication skills
Ready to work in Japan
Job Description:
• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities.
• Review company fundamentals and financial statements.
Skills Requirements:
• Strong Financial and Analytical skills
• Good in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
