Responsibilities Include
1. Managing Corporate Client relationships and new business development.
2. Involvement in the entire process from sourcing of clients, preparing credit proposal, documentation, disbursement, and continuous monitoring.
3. Monthly pay-out calculations and review of the Securitisation portfolio
4. Coordination with Client, credit, legal team, On-boarding new clients and continuous monitoring.
5. Detailed credit analysis of the client which includes management inter-action, financial analysis, peer comparison, industry analysis, structure analysis
6. Client briefing memo and news updates tracking, with a financial summary
The candidate should have knowledge of Securitisation and NAV Calculations and strong calculating skills
