Can translate long term strategy into effective quarterly and annual plans
1. Preparation of sales revenue forecast budget and monthly financial statements
2. Reporting of statutory compliances( Direct & Indirect Taxation) GST, Income Tax (TDS, TCS),FEMA, DGFT, customs, companies act, ROC, PF, ESIC any other
3. Ensuring compliances for all factory as well as labour laws and coordinating with consultant .
4. Periodic book closure and finalisation of financials through team of accountants
5. KPI monitoring with various reporting to management along with financial analysis in terms of improvement required from business heads
6. What went wrong and exception reporting
7. Scrutiny of books, arranging and conducting inventory audits
8. Risk control matrix and related process improvements
9. Review of Fixed asset register on periodic basis
10. Responsible for rolling forecast and cash flow management and treasury management
11. Reporting of accountant team and its performance
12. Ensuring reconciliation of vendor and customer balances to control utilisation of funds
