Job Description

We are looking for Semi‑Qualified CAs / CA Inter candidates to support statutory audits, tax audits, and related compliance assignments. The role involves assisting in audit planning, execution of fieldwork, preparation of working papers, performing analytical procedures, and supporting the audit of financial statements. The candidate will work closely with seniors and partners on engagements involving listed and large unlisted companies. Responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation, identifying basic non‑compliances, coordinating with client teams, and completing assignments within timelines. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑based audit environment

Skills Required

- Completed CA Inter or equivalent; semi‑qualified candidates with strong audit exposure preferred (CA Drop Outs only/ Exam Leave will not be allowed)
- Hands‑on experience in Statutory Audits and Tax Audits, preferably of large listed companies/public limited companies
- Working knowledge of Ind AS, Auditing Standards, and basic understanding of SEBI LODR
- Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and taxation laws relevant to audit and compliance
- Ability to prepare and review working papers, perform analytical procedures, and assist in financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team‑based audit environment
