Assistant Manager/Manager - Assurance

Job Description

We are looking for more than three qualified Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 5 years of post‑qualification experience to independently handle statutory audits and tax audits of large & medium listed/unlisted public companies. The role involves planning and executing audit engagements, reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, SEBI LODR, Companies Act, and relevant taxation laws. The candidate will be responsible for leading audit teams, coordinating with clients, preparing audit documentation, identifying non‑compliances, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. The position requires strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and a high level of professionalism in client interactions.

Skills Required

- Chartered Accountants with minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience
- Strong exposure to Statutory and Tax Audits of Large Listed Companies/Public Limited Companies
- Good working knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI LODR, and Auditing Standards
- Solid understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and Taxation Laws
- Ability to review financial statements and handle audit documentation independently
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
