Job Description:
As an Article Assistant with Legal Vidur, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals to gain practical exposure in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory, Registration & licences, ROC and legal documentation and many more. This is an opportunity to learn from experts in the industry and develop a strong foundation for a successful career in accounting and finance.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in conducting financial audits and verifying the accuracy of financial statements.
· Support in preparing income tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
· Collaborate with team members on accounting and financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Participate in internal audit assignments, reviewing internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
· Research and analyze industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to the team.
· Interact with clients to gather information, address queries, and provide updates on the progress of engagements.
· Contribute to team projects and assist in various assignments related to management consulting, financial planning, and more.
Qualifications:


· Enrolled in the CA program and pursuing articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
