About the Course

    Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 was introduced on 1st July 2017 and since then there has been several changes to the law. GST law requires filing of Annual Return (GSTR 9) and Reconciliation Statement (Form GSTR 9C) by Normal taxpayers whose aggregate turnover crosses prescribed limit. Recently the threshold has been revised. The Annual Return and GST Reconciliation Statement is to be furnished for each financial year. The Form has several tables and requires detailed analysis of transactions which is to be reported in a prescribed format.

    It also requires certification by Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant holding COP.
