CA Nipun Arora

A fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a law graduate having more than nine years of post-qualification experience in Indirect taxation advisory,litigation, audits and compliance. Nipun is well equipped with knowledge and experience in respect of Direct and Indirect Tax laws such as Income tax, Goods and services Tax (GST), Central Excise, Value added tax, Customs, Foreign Trade Policies and allied laws. He has also undertaken a certificate course in Indirect taxation from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His knowledge and experience in Indirect taxation domain has helped him in providing handholding support for successful implementation of GST across several leading business groups in multiple sectors such as Education, Entertainment, Fertilizer manufacturing, Steel manufacturing,Textile manufacturing and FMCG industry. He has also assisted trade associations in filing representations before Ministry of Finance, Government of India for harmonisation of GST rates and removal of bottlenecks in streamlining GST compliance process.
