18 June 2013 A PVT COMPANY NOT COMMENCED HIS BUSINESS AND NOT OPEN THE BANK A/C UPTO TILL DATE, INCORPORATION CERTIFICATE RECD ON 28/03/2012.

MY QUERY IS ANY PENALTY OR PROVISION IS ATTRACTED ?

whether any winding up procedure is applicable by the court ?
