If someone's pan card has been lost and he wants to reissue the new one....How to proceed in following circumstances:
1)He do not have photocopy of his pan card, 2)He don't know the date of birth which was given for pan card in department, 3)He did not have any other document from where he can get info. about date of birth...
Plz tell me the possible procedure to know about the date of birth so that request for new pan card can be made.
