MY SELF  RAMESH VERMA , M.COM. AS WELL AS  POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS (PGDIBO), FROM IGNOU, NEW DELHI  I AM PURSUING THE COMPANY SECRETARYCOURSE  DUE TO UNTIMELY DEATH OF MY FATHER  I COULD NOT ENROLLED IN  CS  COURSE. 

 NOTED ALL THE MEMBERS ,I HAVE  KNOWLEDGE  WORK RELATED TO  DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE,NEW DELHI  LIKE ISSUANCE,  EPCG AUTHORISATION AND  ADVANCE LICENCE ,AS WELL AS REDEMPTION THEM ,CAN INDEPENDENTLY ISSUANCE THE DEPB, LICENCE , VKGUY LICENCE , FOCUS MARKET SCHEME , FOCUS PRODUCT SCHEME , MARKET LINK F.P.S., RECOGNISED THE EXPORT HOUSE FROM CONCERNED REAGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY , PROCEDURE AND FAMILAR EXTENSION THE EXPORT OBLIGATION PERSIOD WITH THE  HEADQUARTERES.

    Dear Sir I have a 2 person pvt ltd, and I provide software consultancy/coding for freelancer website based abroad (outside India). Based on past CA recommendation that the export was exempt from ST, I did not file ST3 for 2015-2016. I only had revenue from USA Now I have received ST3 non filing notice. I also, just today was reading about SOFTEX and STPI (which none of my CAs ever spoke about) . I have FIRC which states reason as P0802. What can I do to fix issue? Thanks in advance Murthy

    Sir Our export documents were directly sent to overseas buyer as exported goods are perishable nature. Now buyer has defaulted payment. ECGC wants to regularize the export documents by RBI to settle claim.But RBI is not regularize the export Bill's. Kindly advice to get ECGC claim.

    Hello Sir, Read your comment on conversion of proprietorship concern into Private Limited Company. Just wanted to check Stamp Duty part. I am not able to get exact provision / logic on why such stamp duty is not applicable on such transfer. It would be great if you can please provide your valuable comments on the same.
