is there any need to to have signature of principle on application in case of m taking tranfer on basis of non payment of stipnd or moral misconduct?

Yes Gagan Principal's consent(signature) is must and the most important in ay case u take transfer.

Agree with expert.
Without signature of principal it would be difficult for you to take transfer. If there is any problem than I would suggest you to have a chat with your principal and try to resolve the issue in friendly manner.

I disagree with the other opinions. where the reasons is non-payment of stipend or misconduct on behalf of principal, the application shall take form of a complaint. And no signature shall be required in such circumstances.
having said that, there wont be any automatic transfer approval. ICAI would conduct an inquiry to verify your complaint.
