I am already a C.A and currently working at an MNC for last 4 years.
I am intending to divert by interestss to some new areas of specialisation in which a Chartered Accountant has got a good scope. Is it compulsory to undergo any training like say for e.g. IFRS, Valuation, DTAT & Transfer Pricing.
I am more interested in joining a CA Firm which is more specialised into Valuation & IFRS.
Could you please advice me in this regard as to how should I really go about it? Thanks, Ganesh
First of all you have to give up your jobs and then you have to take up the course of C.A. and to do so either you have to opt for IPCC or CPT. then you have to pass C.A final to become C.A. which will take about 4 years of your valuable time.
Instead of this if you want and have the proper knowledge then you take up a job in any good C. A. firm which is dealing in the area of your interest and accordingly without C.A degree you can enjoy the fruits.
