FORM 2 IS REQURE TO FILE ON CONVERSION OF CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES
Dear sir/Madam I have a doubt regarding form 16. My uncle is an employee in a school. His employeer is not giving Form 16 to employees due to internal dispute in school.In this case what the employee can do to get form 16 from the employer ? Is there any possibility of filing complaint ? If yes where ? Or what else remedy measures for this issue?
