We have taken plant and machinery on rent for processing the exportable products. We have to pay rent @ 1,50,000/= per month and yearly Rs. 18,00,000/=per annum. Please let me know the rate of tds on making payment of rent. It is 10% or 2% and under which section. Is it u/s 194-I (A) or 194-I (B)
