Respected Experts, Please help me to know that, whether TDS is applicable for director fees paid by Private co and can i debit it to profit & Loss account

Yup, TDS is applicable u/s 194J, if the amount crosses the mentioned limit under the respective section. Yes its an expense to the company so u can book Director Remuneration to P&L A/c.
