12 June 2015 Dear Expert I runs a commerce Coaching center from 12 year. Any benefit to registered under Society registration??

12 June 2015 a coaching center should be in proprietorship/ partnership rather than a society.


There is no practical benefit except you apply to 80G and 12A of income tax.
