Years back,when there was not much competition the main objective of organisations was to earn profits only. But now due to increased regulations of CSR,SEBI,Companies Act ,Consumer awareness etc focus has been shifted to quality of product rather quantity,responsibilty towards stakeholders, environment etc.Strategies to face cut throat competition. No organisation can survive with sole motive of profit earning.That's why it has to conside a broader view.
