19 June 2013 During Pvt Ltd Company Incorporation,

Is MoA & AoA required to be compulsorily signed Physically..

Or We have to just write Sd/- and sign it with Digital signature..and upload form 1?

The subscriber sheet of MOA & AOA sould be physically signed by subscriber of the proposed company and it will be properly witnesses by authorised professional.

The signatures of the subscribers must be authenticated by a witness who is not a subscriber himself. He shall likewise add his name, father's name, address, age and occupation, if he is a member of the professional body, membership number with shall also be written if any. If attestation of Memorandum of Association which has been registered turns out to be irregular, it does not render the same void [Chotalal v Dal Sukram (1892) ILR 17 Bom 472].

19 June 2013 So, it means SCAN Copy of Physically signed MoA & AoA should be attached with form 1, while incorporation of Pvt Ltd co.
